One Piece returns with epic battles as Luffy and Zoro team up against new threats

After a brief hiatus, One Piece returns with thrilling action as Luffy and Zoro confront formidable new adversaries on their epic journey.

The popular manga One Piece has made a strong comeback after a week-long hiatus, debuting a new chapter filled with intriguing moments. Following one of the series' most impactful panels, Eiichiro Oda continues to develop what promises to be an epic conflict.

The chapter kicks off with Luffy facing off against Scopper Gabban. After several defeats, Gabban joins forces with Zoro as the Straw Hat activates Gear 5. Recognizing Luffy as the person Shanks spoke about, Gabban decides to surrender and grants Luffy the freedom to continue his quest to rescue Loki.

Meanwhile, Gunko and Shamrock employ an invocation symbol called "Abyss" to summon two new Holy Knights to Elbaf: San Gillingham, who has a hybrid human-dragon form from the Limoshif family, and San Sommers from the Shepherd family, who appears fully human. Unlike Shamrock and Gunko, these knights show a more extroverted and carefree demeanor, but that doesn't make them any less dangerous.

In their conversation, Shanks' brother reveals their mission: to kidnap all the children on the island and transport them to Mary Geoise. While the specifics of their plan are yet to be unveiled, it appears they aim to recruit the island's youth and eliminate the remaining inhabitants. However, with the Straw Hat crew on the scene, their task won't be as easy as they anticipate.
